Waywood Wines, McLaren Vale, South Australia & Re-find Wines Melbourne
Re-find Wines introduced winemaker Andrew Wood of Waywood Wines to new customers in the Melbourne market. Mamor created two special flavours for this special event, Poached Pear in Shiraz and Red Onion Confit in Shiraz, both using Waywood Wines 2009 Shiraz. The Szalon was filled with viniculture and chocolate flavours for this unique event. Andrew Wood is seen top right speaking about his fine wines while Re-find's Will Atkinson (bottom right) watches on.
Accenture Financial Services Women Australia
Accenture's FS Women spent a productive afternoon at the Mamor Szalon focussing on mentoring, engagement, and networking. Forty-five ladies enjoyed their Indulgent High Tea while discussing leadership, training, collaboration, and gender equality.
Stamford Plaza Melbourne Hotel
Together with the elegant Stamford Plaza Hotel, Mámor has held its Chocolate and Wine Pairing game that matches personality elements of wine and chocolate, just like a matchmaker would match a love couple. The party begins with delectable Mámor chocolates and wines in in numbered tasting bags!
Miss Universe Pageant
We loved having the challenge to provide an exquisite pyramid box of chocolates to the judging panel. It was our way of thanking the organisers for giving us the chance to promote a fine product to this important group. If you have a charity or fund-raiser with an important group of people, please ask us to provide something as valuable as they are!
At the "reveal" of its new E-Class Saloon, Coutts Mercedes in Newmarket, Auckland chose two of New Zealand's finest culinary stars for its selected list of guests: Masterchef Simon Gault and Chocolatier Hanna Frederick. At Simon's request, Hanna even designed a new chocolate that wowed the distinguished attendees. Mámor displayed after dinner chocolates and the crowd ate about 1500 truffles!
The Melbourne Musicians
The amazing Maestro Frank Pam is an Austrian conductor of long-time renown in Melbourne. His Melbourne Musicians need sponsors to enable them to continue brining you quality music. We have stepped in to help them with their intermissions by offering free chocolates to this select group. Donations of any size make a big difference to Melbourne Musicians, but we believe in supporting these wonderful artists led by such a wonderful conductor.
We were happy to support Australia's oldest independent professional performing arts organisation. Founded in 1945, Musica Viva continues to share the delights of chamber music with audiences throughout Australia. We provided interval delicacies during the recent tour of the Takács Quartet throughout the country. Photo by Keith Saunders.
